LOT 1: Independent Sexual Violence Advisor (ISVA) Services – Provide specialized advice and advocacy to victims of sexual assault and abuse (children, young people, and adults) regardless of age, gender, whether the incident was recent or non-recent, reported or unreported to police, or involved physical contact or technology-based abuse such as grooming. Services must be accessible and age-appropriate, available when victims seek support. The service must be trauma-informed, evidence-based, and needs and risk-led, supporting victims regardless of age, gender, nature of incident (isolated or repeated), timing (recent or non-recent), or whether reported to police. Both contracts were signed on 28 May 2026.
