Dynamic Purchasing System for Construction Services

Kirklees Council is looking to set up a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for construction contractors and subcontractors, as well as ancillary services. This system will be used for repair and maintenance work on the Council's assets. The DPS is designed to be flexible, allowing new suppliers to join at any time to meet changing needs, including new regulations and government requirements. Suppliers can access procurement documents and updates for free at the provided link. Please ignore the Contract Start and End dates listed, as further competitions will be held as needed throughout the DPS's duration. The closing date for submissions is set for February 23, 2029, in line with the Procurement Act 2023. The DPS can be extended for up to 60 months, with a maximum total contract period of 120 months.
