Site Investigation Services Framework Agreement - Ireland

The Land Development Agency (LDA) is seeking qualified contractors for a four-year Multi-Operator Framework Agreement to provide site investigation services across residential development projects throughout Ireland. This framework will support the LDA's mission to coordinate state lands for housing delivery by engaging up to six economic operators to perform intrusive geotechnical and geoenvironmental investigations on greenfield and brownfield sites of varying sizes and complexity. Contractors will be responsible for executing investigation works such as trial pits (to 3m depth), boreholes (to 15m depth), rotary cores (to 20m depth), and laboratory testing, as well as producing comprehensive reports including Factual and Interpretative Ground Investigation Reports, Waste Classification Reports, Geoenvironmental Soil Classification Drawings, and Geotechnical Quantitative Risk Assessments (GQRA). The estimated total framework value is €4 million over four years, though this is indicative with no guaranteed expenditure. Interested suppliers must have suitably qualified and experienced resources in both geotechnical and environmental disciplines. The procurement will follow a one-stage Open Procedure under Directive 2014/24/EU.
