Ireland – Architectural and Engineering Services Framework for Integrated Design Teams in County Donegal (2 Lots)

Údarás na Gaeltachta is establishing two separate multi-party framework agreements for Integrated Design Team (IDT) services in County Donegal: Lot 5: Architect-Led IDT – Focus on architectural design services with associated specialist skills Lot 6: Engineer/Project Manager-Led IDT – Focus on civil, structural engineering, and project management services with associated specialist skills Tender candidates must form consultant teams to deliver these services. Each framework will have up to 5 selected economic operators. IDTs typically include: architectural services, civil and structural engineering, project management, building services (mechanical and electrical), and quantity surveying, with additional specialists as needed. Framework Scope: Call-off commissions may include extension, refurbishment, repair, upgrade, new build, infrastructure, and other projects within Gaeltacht regions. Design services span from initial feasibility and statutory approvals through full design, implementation, and project handover.
