Cleaning Services Tender for South West Essex Community Education Trust

South West Essex Community Education Trust (SWECET) is seeking a cleaning services supplier for six schools across the Trust: three primary schools (Deneholm Primary, Stifford Clays Primary, and Chadwell St Mary Primary) and three secondary schools (Marshalls Park Academy, Orsett Heath Academy, and William Edwards School). The annual contract value is approximately £615,000. This procurement follows a concurrent competitive flexible procedure under the Procurement Act 2023. Interested suppliers must register separately for both the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PSQ) and Invitation to Tender (ITT) through the LTMS platform. Suppliers must meet minimum conditions of participation to progress to tender scoring. The PSQ runs concurrently with the ITT process.
