Shopmobility Service Provider - Sandwell Council

Sandwell Council is seeking a provider to operate a Shopmobility service that includes: (1) Electric mobility scooter access at New Square shopping centre, operating 4 days per week from 08:30-15:00, with annual membership (October-September cycle) at Council-agreed rates; (2) Short-term wheelchair loans for Sandwell residents requiring temporary mobility support for holidays and hospital appointments; (3) Long-term wheelchair loan services for Sandwell residents. Providers should detail their capability to deliver these services or identify partners who can support specific elements.
