Lead Consultant for Highland Deephaven Masterplanning and Feasibility Study

Opportunity to appoint a Lead Consultant under NEC4 Professional Services Contract (PSC) to lead a comprehensive strategic feasibility study for the Highland Deephaven project. The role involves coordinating multiple workstreams including environmental impact assessment (EIA), masterplanning, and planning performance improvement (PPiP) support. Key responsibilities include managing multidisciplinary teams across technical, environmental, planning, and commercial disciplines, as well as overseeing and coordinating future bathymetric and geotechnical survey packages. This is a full-service engagement requiring expertise in project coordination, feasibility assessment, and stakeholder management across complex infrastructure development.
