Brief

The East of England NHS Collaborative Procurement Hub is seeking a single provider to deliver a 24/7 crisis text support service for all ages across the East of England region. The service will be hosted by Cambridgeshire & Peterborough Integrated Care Board and will serve six integrated care systems: NHS Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, NHS Norfolk and Waveney, NHS Suffolk and North East Essex, NHS Bedfordshire Luton and Milton Keynes, NHS Hertfordshire and West Essex, and NHS Mid and South Essex. The provider will offer round-the-clock text-based mental health crisis support accessible to residents across the entire East of England NHS region.
