This is a phased refurbishment and reconfiguration project at St Helier Hospital to create a new Bed Store and Medical Records Office. The successful contractor will deliver all architectural, mechanical, electrical and enabling works to create a fully operational facility compliant with NHS Health Technical Memoranda, Building Regulations and Trust standards.
