    Brief

    The University of Sheffield is seeking suppliers to participate in a tender for refurbishment works at Samuel Fox House, located on its campus. This project involves the internal refurbishment of selected areas on the Ground, First, and Second Floors of the building. Key tasks include: - Removing and replacing existing internal partitions. - Updating floor, wall, and ceiling finishes. - Installing new furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E). - Upgrading the building's mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to meet modern standards and support the new layout. - Refurbishing the existing passenger lift, including necessary mechanical and electrical improvements to ensure compliance with current regulations. Interested suppliers can download the Invitation to Tender (ITT) by registering on the University’s e-tendering system at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/Sheffield. All questions regarding the tender must be submitted through the same system. Completed tenders should also be returned via the e-tendering platform.
