Sustainable Car Club Scheme for All Saints View Residents

Central Bedfordshire Council (CBC) is seeking a Car Club Operator to establish and manage a low-emission, hybrid vehicle car club service specifically for residents of All Saints View (ASV). This initiative aims to promote sustainable transportation options within the community. The Council is committed to supporting suppliers throughout the tender process. All questions submitted will be shared with all bidders to ensure transparency and fairness. Completed tenders and any required attachments must be submitted electronically via the In-tend system by the deadline of Monday, 3rd November 2025, at 12 noon. Tenders submitted through the correspondence feature will not be accepted. Late submissions will be excluded from consideration. The contract is set to start on 1st February 2025 and will have a term of 3 years, with options for 1-year extensions.
