Asbestos Testing and Consultancy Services Framework 2025-2029

Hampshire County Council is seeking applications from qualified organizations to tender for the Asbestos Testing, Inspection, and Consultancy Services Framework for the period of 2025 to 2029. This framework will begin on July 1, 2025, and will last for four years. Interested suppliers must register their interest on the In-Tend website at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/hampshire and submit their tender documents along with any required supporting information by 2:00 PM on March 24, 2025. To access the tender documents, log into In-Tend, select 'Tenders', then 'Current', and click 'View Details' on the relevant tender advertisement. Click the 'Express Interest' tab to proceed. Within the tender, there are five tabs: 'Tender', 'ITT - documents', 'Correspondence', 'Clarifications', and 'History'. Select the 'ITT - documents' tab to find important information under 'Tender Details' and scroll down to 'Tender Documents Received' to view or download the necessary documents. It is crucial to download and read all documents carefully. Suppliers must 'Opt In' to access the 'My Tender Return' section to begin filling out their response. Additionally, 'Opt In' is required to view and complete the Questionnaire for this project. The 'Opt Out' option will be available throughout the tender process, allowing suppliers to stop receiving communications regarding this tender and provide feedback on their decision. Suppliers can choose to 'Opt In' at any time during the tender process if they initially opted out.
