UK Civil Engineering and Infrastructure Framework 2026

Pagabo Limited, on behalf of YPO, is establishing a new closed framework combining civil engineering, infrastructure, demolition, and land preparation services. This framework consolidates two existing frameworks (Civil and Infrastructure Framework expiring May 2026, and Demolition Framework expiring upon execution) into a single four-year agreement starting September 2026. The framework will appoint multiple contractors to deliver a comprehensive range of services including civil engineering works, infrastructure projects, demolition, and land preparation across the UK for all public sector bodies. The framework agreement will be governed primarily by English Law, with potential Scottish Law provisions introduced during the first two weeks of tendering to ensure compliance with Scottish requirements. Interested contractors should note that Scottish Law terms may be added and should prepare submissions accordingly.
