Safe Routes to School Infrastructure Improvements - St. Brigid's N.S., Grange, Carlow

This project involves comprehensive safety infrastructure improvements on the R418 road serving St. Brigid's National School in Grange, County Carlow. The works include: road marking renewal and new signage installation; junction tightening at priority intersections; car park upgrades with pavement resurfacing at the Church; uncontrolled pedestrian crossing provision at the Granary development junction; zebra crossing upgrades serving the car park and Church; new footpath construction connecting the car park to the school entrance; new zebra crossing at the school front; Safe Routes to School zone demarcation using coloured road circles, pencil bollards, and gateway signage; drainage improvements; and public lighting installations. These integrated improvements are designed to enhance pedestrian safety and accessibility for school users and community members along this section of road.
