Analytical Monitor Service, Maintenance and Repair Contract

This tender invites qualified suppliers to provide comprehensive service, maintenance, and repair services for approximately 2,000 analytical monitoring instruments deployed across roughly 560 water treatment and sewage facilities throughout the STW and HD region. The successful supplier must demonstrate capability to service all major brands including ABB, bNovate, Endress & Hauser, Hach Lange, and PPM monitors at both wastewater and drinking water treatment sites. Key responsibilities include: preventive maintenance and repairs on multiple monitor types (aluminium, ammonia, dissolved oxygen, final effluent, flow cytometry, fluoride, iron, nitrate, nitrous oxide, phosphate, and turbidity monitors); proactive scheduling and coordination across all sites; procurement and management of spare parts and replacement equipment; technical support and emergency call-out services; final effluent chamber cleaning; and integration with the STW and HD eSCADA system for real-time monitoring data analysis and quality assurance. Maintenance schedules vary by monitor type, ranging from fortnightly to annual intervals. The contract is structured as a 3-year initial term with five optional 1-year extensions. Suppliers must ensure continuous accuracy of monitoring data and maintain operational responsibility for all planning and scheduling activities.
