HSE Design Team Services Framework 2024 – Acute Healthcare Capital Works (€15M-€60M) – Southeast Ireland

The Health Services Executive (HSE) is establishing a Multi-Party Framework Agreement to procure design team services for acute healthcare capital works projects valued between €15 million and €60 million (excluding VAT) in the Southeast region, covering Waterford, Wexford, Carlow, Kilkenny, and South Tipperary. The framework comprises nine separate lots for Principal Service Providers across key disciplines: Architect, Quantity Surveyor, Building Services Engineer, Civil and Structural Engineer, Fire Safety Consultant, Project Supervisor Design Process, Employer's Representative, Energy Efficient Design Facilitator, and Assigned Certifier. Architects must include domestic sub-consultants or in-house specialists in planning and BIM Information Management. The first project under this framework will be an Enabling Building and Multi-Storey Car Park development at St. Lukes General Hospital in Kilkenny. Suitably qualified service providers are invited to submit expressions of interest under the Restricted Procedure for one or more lots.
