Roller Shutters and Automatic Doors Maintenance and Repair Services

This is an opportunity to provide comprehensive testing, servicing, maintenance, and responsive repair services for roller shutters and automatic doors across Council-owned and managed facilities throughout the Metropolitan Borough and Parishes of Oldham. Services will cover schools, public buildings, parks, and other Council assets. The successful contractor will be responsible for: planned maintenance and statutory testing to ensure compliance and safety; reactive repair works to address breakdowns and faults; emergency response services to address urgent issues; and minor replacement works for components. This is an essential service contract ensuring the reliable operation of access and security systems across the Council's extensive property portfolio.
