Holiday Activities and Food Services Contract

Kent County Council is seeking suppliers to provide Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) services aimed at supporting children's health and wellbeing during school holidays. This program is designed for families with children aged four to sixteen who are eligible for benefits-related Free School Meals (FSM). The initiative offers free nutritious meals and engaging activities during the Easter, summer, and Christmas breaks, helping to alleviate the challenges families face during these times, such as increased food and childcare costs. The program is funded by the Department for Education (DfE) and aims to improve children's physical health and social engagement. Suppliers can apply for this contract through a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), with applications accepted at any time but reviewed in specific rounds. For Round 4, suppliers must submit separate applications for each Lot they wish to bid on, even if the required documentation is the same.
