Vehicle Repair Services Contract

Camden Council is inviting applications from qualified organizations to join the third round of its Vehicle Repairs Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). Interested suppliers can access all necessary documents through the Council's tender portal linked above. The Council operates a fleet of approximately 313 vehicles, including specially adapted minibuses, HGV tankers, various vans, and cars. These vehicles are essential for supporting Camden's vulnerable residents in accessing education, training, health, and social services. Additionally, they are used by various Camden services that provide critical support to residents. All vehicles must meet high safety standards, and any damage from accidents must be repaired promptly and to a high standard. The DPS will be open to all organizations that meet the minimum selection criteria. It will be in place for a minimum of three years, with the possibility of extending for an additional two years in twelve-month increments. The estimated annual value of this contract is £130,000, with a maximum total value of £650,000, including extensions.
