Painting and Decorating Services Contract - East Midlands

Arc Property Services Partnership Ltd, in partnership with VIA East Midlands Ltd, is inviting contractors to apply for a two-stage competitive procurement to deliver painting and decorating services across operational and commercial properties in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire, and Leicestershire. The successful contractor will be appointed under an NEC4 Term Service Contract commencing February 2027 for an initial two-year period, with options to extend for up to three further two-year periods (potential end date: 2033). The estimated contract value is approximately £780,000 (inclusive of VAT) across the full potential duration. The procurement comprises two stages: Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) followed by Invitation to Tender (ITT), with one supplier to be appointed. The successful contractor must work collaboratively with the Client, contribute to social value outcomes, support carbon reduction objectives, and demonstrate high standards in health and safety, compliance, and service delivery.
