Electronic Staff Time and Attendance System Implementation

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board's Capital Estates and Facilities (CEF) Department is seeking a supplier to deliver an electronic clocking-in system as part of its service modernisation programme. The system will replace the current paper-based staff timekeeping process, initially deploying in the Patient Catering Department at Llandough Hospital. Following successful implementation and proof of concept, the solution is planned for wider adoption across the entire Estates and Facilities Service Division. Suppliers should be prepared to demonstrate system reliability, ease of use for staff, integration capabilities with existing hospital systems, and scalability for future expansion. The successful contractor will support deployment, staff training, and transition from legacy processes.
