The Authority is seeking a pest control service provider to deliver comprehensive pest management across the Thornton and Leyland sites. The successful supplier will manage the identification, treatment, and ongoing monitoring of pests including rodents, insects, and other relevant species, ensuring compliance with UK legislation, industry best practice, and health and safety requirements. Key responsibilities include: - Conducting scheduled routine inspections at agreed intervals - Responding to reactive call-outs for urgent pest control issues - Safely applying approved pest control treatments - Providing detailed treatment reports, monitoring data, and recommendations - Supplying all necessary materials, equipment, and labour The contract value reflects the required inspection frequency, anticipated reactive service calls, and associated materials.
