    Brief

    The London Borough of Hillingdon is seeking a service provider to deliver comprehensive parenting support services for parents, carers, and families in the borough, including those with children at risk of exploitation. The successful provider will be responsible for: (1) developing and enhancing parenting capabilities and confidence to reduce the need for statutory interventions; (2) recruiting, training, and supporting a team of parenting support facilitators and volunteer Parent Champions; (3) marketing and promoting the service through digital channels including a dedicated website to expand reach; and (4) delivering interactive training programmes, seminars, and workshops on relevant parenting topics such as managing family conflict and supporting teenagers through emotional challenges. Services will be delivered in a flexible hybrid format (virtual and/or in-person) to maximise accessibility and effectiveness. This is a one-year contract running from 1 April 2026 to 31 March 2027.
