Water Service Pipe Replacement at King George V Playing Field, Southminster

Southminster Parish Council is inviting tenders from qualified contractors to replace the existing freshwater service pipe at King George V Playing Field, Station Road, Southminster. This is a works contract involving installation of approximately 550 meters of new water service pipe connected to 7 existing buildings, installation of 7 threshold water meters and 2 monitoring meters, system testing, and reinstatement of ground surfaces. All work will be conducted on Council-controlled land including tarmacked access roads and car parks, with no intrusion onto the public highway required. To tender, interested contractors must register with Graham Beattie, Clerk to Southminster Parish Council, at clerk@southminsterparishcouncil.gov.uk by 9:00 AM on Monday, 3rd August 2026, after which the full tender document will be issued.
