Architects Consultancy Services Framework Agreement

Sovereign Network Group is establishing a framework for architects consultancy services across two specialisms. Lot 1 covers Masterplanning Architect Services and Lot 2 covers Housing Architect Services, both operating across West, South, and London & East regions. This is a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PSQ) stage to identify suppliers for a subsequent Invitation to Tender (ITT). Up to 45 suppliers will be shortlisted from the PSQ stage to participate in ITT, with the intention to award approximately 30 Framework Agreements (Lot 1: 6-8 suppliers; Lot 2: 22-24 suppliers). The framework is expected to commence on 1 October 2026 for a 4-year period and will be used by Sovereign Network Group and its affiliates, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and special purpose vehicles. Selected suppliers will be eligible to respond to Call-Off opportunities under the framework, which may be allocated through mini-competition or direct award.
