Léargas - The Exchange Bureau is seeking a legal services provider to deliver comprehensive legal support to a publicly funded charitable organization. The role supports statutory functions, governance responsibilities, and regulatory compliance while managing legal risk across multiple areas. Core services include: employment law (contracts, disputes, compliance); governance and board/trustee duties; contractual advice and dispute resolution; GDPR and data protection compliance; procurement and public tendering guidance; property and lease management; charity law and regulator engagement; risk management and protected disclosures; and training for board and senior leadership on legal responsibilities.
