Catering Services Tender for Bohunt Education Trust Multi-Academy Schools

Bohunt Education Trust is seeking a catering contractor to provide food services across 10 schools (9 secondary and 1 primary) located in Berkshire, Hampshire, and West Sussex. The contract runs for 3 years from 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2029, with optional 1+1 year extensions. The contractor will manage all meal provision including universal free school meals and paid meals at net food cost, with an estimated annual contract value of £3.8 million. Schools included are: Bohunt School Liphook, The Petersfield School, Bohunt Wokingham, The Costello School, Bohunt Farnborough, Bohunt Horsham, Bohunt School Worthing, Priory Southsea, Steyning Grammar School, and Rusper Primary School. Additional schools joining the trust during the contract period will be included under the same pricing model. The successful supplier should demonstrate innovation and high-quality service standards, with regular engagement through digital platforms and social media to meet pupil needs. The contract operates on a guaranteed basis with monthly invoicing at net food cost only.
