Tennis and Netball Court with Floodlights - Willingham Recreation Ground

Willingham Parish Council is seeking a Principal Contractor to construct a new tennis and netball court with floodlighting on Willingham recreation ground. This project delivers a long-standing community need for year-round, all-weather sports facilities. The development is funded through Section 106 contributions from new housing developments in Willingham Parish and aligns with the Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire Playing Pitch Strategy 2015-2031, which identifies the need for additional floodlit training pitches across the district. Planning permission has been granted under reference 26/00382/FUL. The successful contractor will be responsible for submitting key appendices and associated documents for approval prior to commencing works.
