Migrant Health Services Market Engagement - Provider Questionnaire

Wirral Council is seeking input from health and wellbeing service providers to help design improved services for ethnic minority communities. This Pre-Market Engagement Questionnaire is part of the council's commissioning process ahead of re-procuring two programmes due to expire in March 2027: the Migrant Wellbeing Project and the Ethnic Minority Health Improvement and Inequalities Programme. Wirral's ethnic minority population includes asylum seekers, refugees, economic migrants and visa holders who often face stigma, discrimination and racism, leading to poorer health outcomes and widening inequalities. We invite providers to share ideas, innovations and capabilities on: current capacity to serve ethnic minority communities; opportunities to expand services; potential partnerships to improve efficiency; how wider health determinants affect these communities; current and future service demand; evidence-based priorities; communication improvements for support access (such as CRF and Hardship funds); methods to measure effectiveness; and current gaps and challenges in service delivery.
