Cherry Tree Academy Primary School Design and Build Contract

This is a two-stage public works contract opportunity for the design and refurbishment of Cherry Tree Academy, a mainstream primary school. A Pre-construction Services Agreement (PCSA) has been awarded under Construction Framework CF25 [2025/S 000-080063]. The contract involves an Early Supplier Involvement (ESI) phase where contractors will support design development and cost planning. Following this phase, the project will progress to detailed design and final contract agreement under a JCT Design and Build contract. The contract price and completion date provided reflect the estimated costs and timeline for the ESI phase only and will be subject to confirmation once the design is finalized and the full scope of works is agreed.
