Highways Materials Supply Framework Agreement

This is a 2-year framework agreement for the supply and delivery of highways materials, commencing 1st April 2026, with options to extend for a further 2 years. The framework is structured as a multiple lot contract offering suppliers the opportunity to bid for one or more lots: Lot 1 covers Bagged Aggregate, and Lot 2 covers Rapid Setting Bedding. All goods must be delivered to DCC Stores at Meadowfield Depot and other designated local sites within County Durham. Suppliers should note that this is a framework agreement, meaning call-off orders will be placed against the contracted rates throughout the framework period.
