Bromsgrove District Housing Trust (BDHT) is seeking to appoint one or more financially secure insurers to provide a comprehensive insurance programme including Property Damage, Business Interruption, Employers' Liability, Public Liability, Products Liability, Property Owners' Liability, and Motor Fleet coverage, along with underwriting, claims management, and risk management services. Key Requirements: - Minimum financial strength rating of A- (lower-rated insurers may be considered with appropriate market security information) - Comprehensive underwriting, claims, and risk management support - Experience delivering insurance programmes in the social housing sector Evaluation Criteria: Bidders will be assessed on the suitability and quality of insurance solutions, financial strength and market security, capability and experience of the service delivery team, quality of underwriting and claims management services, and proven experience in the social housing sector. Procurement Administration: BDHT will use the Gallagher Delta eTendering Portal for this procurement. Arthur J Gallagher Insurance Brokers Limited is the appointed insurance broker providing administrative support, though all procurement decisions remain the sole responsibility of BDHT.
