General Construction Materials and Equipment for A66 Upgrade Project

The A66 North Trans-Pennine project is seeking qualified suppliers of general construction materials and equipment for a significant upgrade on the strategic roads network. This project involves converting single-lane sections of an 80km stretch between the M6 and A1 into dual carriageways and improving key junctions. The estimated budget for this package is £50,000. The work will be carried out in collaboration with three Tier 1 contractors: Balfour Beatty, Kier, and Keltbray. We are looking for experienced firms that have a proven track record in managing large-scale construction material and equipment packages. Suppliers should have the necessary equipment, machinery, and expertise to ensure efficient and timely project completion. To ensure a consistent level of business competence, we will apply the Build UK Common Assessment Criteria (CAS).
