Project Management Services for Diagnostic and Imaging Equipment

University Hospitals of Morecambe Bay NHS Foundation Trust is seeking project management services to deliver a portfolio of diagnostic and imaging schemes across its hospital estate. The programme encompasses equipment replacement, capacity expansion, and service improvements to meet clinical demand and regulatory requirements. The appointed project management provider will deliver comprehensive support including: project planning and scheduling, stakeholder coordination and engagement, risk identification and mitigation, cost management and budgeting, procurement support, and oversight of all works and installations. This contract is awarded via direct award under the NHS SBS Healthcare Planning framework (SBS10190), ensuring rapid mobilisation, continuity of specialist expertise, and value for money. The successful provider should have demonstrable experience in healthcare infrastructure projects, NHS working practices, and managing complex multi-disciplinary teams.
