This capability-led framework provides access to a broad range of services including highways, structures, utilities, drainage, earthworks, landscaping, ecology, heritage, environmental services, civil design, surveys, site investigations, temporary works, demolition, fencing, MEP systems, and specialist ancillary works. The framework is designed to deliver both known and emerging residual works in flexible work packages, including highway schemes, permanent infrastructure, land restoration, mitigations, handback activities, design completion, validations, consents, and urgent works. Suppliers should be prepared to respond to currently unknown future activities and evolving project needs over the contract period.
