Water System Monitoring and Maintenance Services

Places for People (PfP) is seeking a qualified contractor to monitor, inspect, and maintain water systems across their owned and managed properties. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring all buildings are safely operated to prevent legionella bacteria exposure and scalding risks to customers, employees, visitors, and the public. Key responsibilities include: managing existing and new water systems in compliance with ACoP L8 standards; adhering to Legionella Control Association (LCA) Code of Conduct requirements; and ensuring PfP meets all legal obligations related to water safety and management. The successful contractor must demonstrate expertise in water hygiene, legionella risk assessment, and regulatory compliance.
