Flow and Asset Management Survey Services Framework

United Utilities is seeking suppliers to deliver a two-lot framework for Flow and Asset Management Surveys across Cheshire, Merseyside, Manchester, Lancashire, and Cumbria. Lot 1 covers Wastewater Network Asset Surveys including manhole surveys, pumping station inspections, combined sewer overflow surveys, impermeability assessments, and drainage connectivity surveys. Lot 2 provides Flow and Water Quality Surveys across rivers, sewers, and wastewater treatment works, including installation and monitoring of depth monitors, flow monitors, rain gauges, and water quality sensors (dissolved oxygen, temperature, pH, phosphorus, turbidity, conductivity, ammonium, and chlorophyll). Services include continuous or event-based monitoring with live data access via website, data processing, and comprehensive reporting. River surveys may include time of travel studies and flow gaugings. Wastewater treatment works surveys combine flow and quality monitoring as required. Suppliers should be capable of delivering integrated monitoring solutions across multiple water infrastructure types and locations.
