MCC and Control Panel Replacement for SGS Water Treatment Facility - Phases 1-5

This procurement opportunity involves the design, manufacture, supply, installation, and commissioning of motor control centre (MCC) and associated control panels for a multi-phase water treatment facility upgrade. Phase 5 (2026/27) is the primary scope, comprising 3 dual-pump MCC control panels and 3 single-pump control panels, plus partial decommissioning of redundant equipment at one borehole site. Two additional phases may be instructed at the client's discretion as compensation events: Phase 1 (2027/28) with 2 dual-pump and 5 single-pump panels, and Phase 2 (2028/29) with 1 dual-pump and 8 single-pump panels. Suppliers should have expertise in electrical control panel design, MCC systems, industrial installation, and decommissioning of water infrastructure equipment. All work includes associated commissioning and testing.
