Salvation Army Homes is seeking to procure a modern Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to streamline and improve their recruitment processes. The solution must support the complete recruitment lifecycle including vacancy creation, candidate attraction, selection, offer management and onboarding across multiple channels such as the organization's website, LinkedIn and job boards. Key Requirements: - User-friendly interface for candidates, recruiters and hiring managers - Streamlined workflows and improved candidate communication - Comprehensive reporting including recruitment metrics, candidate source tracking, vacancy analytics and time-to-hire data - Integration with HR systems, communication tools, document management platforms, job boards and business intelligence solutions - Full compliance with data protection, security, retention and archiving requirements Scope of Work: The contract includes implementation, data migration from the current system, configuration, testing, training, go-live support and ongoing system support and maintenance. Suppliers must demonstrate their ability to deliver a smooth transition with minimal disruption to ongoing recruitment activity, provide responsive support and enable continuous system improvement throughout the contract term.
