NHS Cohorting Service - Risk Stratification and Therapeutic Deployment Platform

NHS England is procuring continuation support for its Cohorting (Risk Stratification) programme, a digital platform that helps clinicians and the public understand individual Covid-19 risk and deploy approved therapeutic treatments. The platform leverages infrastructure and functionality developed during the pandemic response and provides 'Cohorting as a Service' to support strategic NHS initiatives including Covid vaccination, screening therapeutics, and future priorities such as personalised healthcare and preventative medicine. The service ensures consistent, clinically assured, timely and cost-efficient cohorting across the NHS. This opportunity involves contract variations to maintain service continuity during re-procurement and transition to a new agreement. Total contract value is £46,300,000 (comprising initial value of £25,600,000, plus variations of £12,800,000 and £1,500,000).
