Design, Construction, and Commissioning of National Genomics Laboratory at Beaumont Hospital

Beaumont Hospital is seeking a qualified contractor to design, construct, install, and commission a new National Genomics Laboratory as a modular building facility integrated into the hospital campus. The successful contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the project including: off-site modular fabrication (directly or through subcontractors), delivery and installation of modular building units, and all necessary civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ICT, and statutory compliance work. The two-storey modular facility will be located in a designated parking area adjacent to the Laboratory Directorate and Technical Services Department. This is a full design-and-build contract where the selected contractor assumes complete responsibility for delivering a fully operational, code-compliant facility. Interested contractors must demonstrate substantial experience with modular construction, healthcare facility projects, and complex building integration in active hospital environments.
