Westbank Derry Social Housing Design and Build Competition

This is a competitive opportunity to develop social housing in the Westbank Derry area. Developers must provide the land, design, construct, and complete housing schemes according to the DfC Housing Association Guide and relevant statutory requirements. Apex will consider mixed-tenure developments combining social housing with affordable standard homes. Key requirements: each site must contain a minimum of 10 housing units with a range of house types, and approximately 10% of units should be wheelchair accessible. The contract value is flexible and depends on the site location, development capacity, final housing mix, and the tendered price per unit. No minimum expenditure is guaranteed. This is a design and build competition where developers take full responsibility for delivering completed housing schemes.
