GRC Platform and Professional Services Procurement

Thames Water is seeking a Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) solution and associated professional services to strengthen Digital and Cyber Security governance, risk management, and compliance across the organisation. The solution will enable the identification, monitoring, management, and reporting of cyber and digital risks enterprise-wide. Scope of Procurement: - GRC platform/application licence and deployment - Implementation and configuration services - Ongoing support and maintenance services - Advisory and professional services - Management of Corporate, Digital and Cyber risk profiles This is a preliminary market engagement phase designed to inform suppliers of the upcoming opportunity, gather feedback on potential solutions and delivery approaches, and understand supplier capabilities and innovation in the GRC and cyber security sector. This engagement will help Thames Water refine its procurement strategy and requirements. Suppliers are invited to participate voluntarily in the market engagement process, which includes completing a supplier questionnaire, participating in virtual engagement and information sessions, submitting capability statements, and providing Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) costs. Participation in this market engagement will not influence any future procurement evaluation.
