Contract Management and Quantity Surveying for Asbestos and Fire Remediation

This is a contract management and quantity surveying support service for housing stock asbestos and fire remediation programs. The service is needed because the client currently lacks internal resources to manage these critical work streams. Key responsibilities include: facilitating monthly contractor valuations, conducting formal project meetings, performing site inspections with a minimum of 10% post-completion quality assurance, providing technical advice on remediation plans, authorizing contractual variations, and managing interactions with the client's compliance management software system. The successful supplier will work closely with the client's Compliance Manager to ensure all remedial work is properly documented and completed.
