Minor Refurbishments for Bridges at Bulkworthy Mill

Devon County Council is looking for suppliers to undertake a work order for minor refurbishments at Bulkworthy Mill, a traditional masonry bridge. The project involves dismantling the existing structure and replacing it with a 5-meter box culvert, which will be provided by Devon County Council. The existing masonry will be reused to construct new parapets, headwalls, and training walls. Additionally, there will be resurfacing and minor river training works associated with this project. All work must be completed by the end of September 2025. This opportunity is part of the Minor Engineering Works Framework for 2022-2026, and suppliers can submit quotations as outlined in section 10 of the Framework Information.
