Climate Innovation Pull Facility Manager - Invitation for Tenders

The UK Department of Energy Security and Net Zero is seeking a supplier to manage the Climate Innovation Pull Facility (CIPF). A contract for a Facility Manager to oversee the program and manage 6-10 climate pull projects, each valued between £10 million and £50 million. This role includes program monitoring and learning. 2. A separate contract for an Independent Evaluator to assess the program's effectiveness and value for money at mid-term and end-of-term. This notice focuses on the Facility Manager procurement, which will be conducted through a competitive negotiation process. The initial contract value is £183 million over 5.5 years, with options to extend by up to £317 million and an additional 3 years. At least £150 million of the initial contract will be allocated for climate pull projects, primarily through grant funding.
