Karbon Homes is seeking qualified and experienced contractors to deliver window cleaning services across its residential and corporate property portfolio. This is a multi-lot contract opportunity covering three geographical regions: Lot 1 (Northumberland), Lot 2 (Newcastle, Leazes, North Tyneside), and Lot 3 (Durham, Gateshead, South Tyne and Teesside). Bidders may tender for one, multiple, or all lots, with each lot evaluated independently. Services include cleaning all accessible windows and glass surfaces at residential communal properties, office buildings, and public-facing premises. The contractor must provide all labour, equipment, and cleaning materials, using appropriate methods such as water-fed pole systems where applicable. Karbon Homes will provide a detailed property schedule before contract commencement, specifying service locations, frequencies, and property-specific requirements.
