ECINS Phoenix Referral Management Module for Surrey Victim Services

This is a continuation procurement for Pan-Surrey ECINS Victim Services referral management module. The project involves integration with ECINS case management API and implementation of a Niche import tool. As this is a continuation of an embedded system already in use, there are technical and operational constraints that prevent migration to alternative platforms. The contract terms are comparable to those available under the G-Cloud 14 framework, but cost savings have been achieved through a direct award below the procurement threshold, ensuring continuity of victim services operations across Surrey.
