CCTV System Replacement Tender

This is a re-tender for a complete CCTV system replacement for a university estate. The university has installed an Avigilon Unity 160TB AI NVR2X server and seeks vendors to supply and integrate all remaining components including cameras, software licenses, peripheral hardware, network cabling, installation services, staff training, and ongoing maintenance and support. The evaluation will use both objective criteria (pricing and commercial models) and subjective criteria (qualitative delivery assessment). This is an entirely new procurement process; previous submissions from the earlier 2026 tender exercise cannot be reused and bidders must submit completely fresh responses. All assessment will be based solely on information provided in the current tender documents.
