Mentoring Service Provider for Supporting Families Programme in Derby

Derby City Council is seeking a qualified provider to deliver a two-year Mentoring Service for the Supporting Families Programme from 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2028. This is a fixed-term contract with no extension options. The Service Provider will design and implement an operational model that delivers the Council's requirements and demonstrates capacity to meet all specified objectives. The service aims to improve outcomes for families in Derby by complementing the existing Early Help Offer and adopting a 'Delivering Differently' approach. Key objectives include: providing families access to independent mentoring support to help them achieve and maintain their identified outcomes; and delivering measurable progress across all six nationally set criteria areas.
